Andy is an experienced start-up, product and business development executive. He is currently founder and CEO of Roadster, a new car buying marketplace. A serial entrepreneur, his earlier startups include ShopStyle (sold to PopSugar) and FabKids (sold to JustFab). Previously, Andy held various project management, operations, and business development roles at 3Com, Ariba and DemandTec. He began his career in London as a consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Jennifer L. Wong is Chief Business Officer at POPSUGAR. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing business operations and for developing strategic initiatives across POPSUGAR Media and ShopStyle.com. Prior to POPSUGAR, Jennifer held several management roles at AOL in The Huffington Post Media Group and AOL Advertising including, SVP/GM of Lifestyle and prior to that Global Head of Business Operations. Before joining AOL, Jennifer was an Associate Partner in the Media, Entertainment and Information practice at McKinsey & Company. Jennifer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS from Stanford in Engineering-Economic Systems and Operations Research, and a BS from Yale College in Applied Mathematics. She also serves on the Board of BRIC Arts Media.
Rob Robillard is a consumer product and marketing expert with nearly 20 years of strategic and operational experience. Most recently, Rob founded Sensible Organics, the leader in organic personal care, where he is the President and CEO. Prior to founding Sensible Organics, Rob was the CEO of Living Proof, one of the fastest growing beauty companies in the U.S. and top performing brands at Sephora and QVC. Previously, Rob was the Worldwide General Manager of Kiehl’s Since 1851 and Senior Vice President of Marketing for L’Oréal Paris. Rob began his career as a marketer for Ben and Jerry’s Homemade and consultant for McKinsey & Company. Rob was named to Crain Business Review’s Top 40 Leaders Under 40 in 2005.
Ira Laufer is a senior executive and entrepreneur in the food & beverage industry with significant leadership and operational experience. Ira is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Red’s All Natural, one of the fastest growing natural, frozen food companies. Ira was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Vitalicious, where he grew the company from inception to an estimated value of over $100 million. Ira enjoys a reputation for creating innovative solutions to address strategic and operational challenges and ensure brand growth and competitiveness. Ira’s background also includes serving as a Staff Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
