Marcelo Camberos is the founder and CEO of ipsy. At ipsy, top YouTube beauty gurus including Michelle Phan, curate their favorite Beauty Finds and share them through video and unique digital content. ipsy’s Glam Bag subscription service features some of the Beauty Finds in themed makeup bags that reach over half a million ipsters every month. Prior to ipsy, Marcelo was part of the launch team for Funny or Die, where he served as Vice President of Business Development and Managing Director of International. Marcelo began his career as a venture capitalist at JPMorgan Partners where he focused on early-stage media investments. He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
